LogAcctBoost

1. Who this policy covers

This notice explains how the operator of LogAcctBoost handles personal information when you browse our website, create an account, fund your wallet, buy services or contact support. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].

It covers the LogAcctBoost platform. Websites, payment pages, telecom networks and other services that you use alongside it may have separate privacy notices.

2. Information we handle

The information involved depends on the service you use. We handle the following categories:

  • Account details: email address, first and last name, account status and a password hash. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the verified identity details Google shares, including your email, name and Google account identifier.
  • Payments and wallet records: amount, currency, payment reference, status, transaction history and contact information required by the payment provider, such as a phone number.
  • Order information: service, destination or country, quantity, submitted profile or post link, price, fulfillment status and provider references.
  • Delivery information: assigned virtual numbers, SMS content and verification codes, purchased reports or exports, and eSIM identifiers and installation details.
  • Support and technical information: messages you send us and operational records needed to diagnose errors, secure the platform or investigate an order. Hosting and security services may process network details such as your IP address, browser information and request times.

3. Why we use information

We use account and order data to perform the services you request, process verified payments, deliver products, provide support and maintain account records. We use security and diagnostic information for our legitimate interests in preventing abuse, investigating errors and protecting the platform, subject to applicable rights.

Some records are needed to meet legal obligations, including financial records and lawful requests. Where a use requires consent, we will request that consent separately. Reading this notice is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share information needed to operate and deliver the service, rather than treating every provider as having access to your entire account.

  • Payment processing: PocketFi receives the payment and contact information needed to process funding. Payment details entered on its hosted pages are handled under its own terms and privacy notice.
  • Authentication and communications: Google handles optional Google sign-in, and our email delivery service, currently Resend, processes email addresses and transactional messages.
  • Fulfillment: phone-number, OTP, eSIM and catalog providers receive relevant order information, such as country, selected number or campaign URL. Telecom providers also handle communications needed for their services.
  • Infrastructure: hosting, database and security providers, including Cloudflare, Render and Neon where used, process or store data as part of running the platform.
  • Legal and security disclosures: information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights or address a security incident.

5. Third-party accounts and sensitive details

Only submit a profile, account or recipient’s details when you are entitled to do so. A virtual number or OTP service is not a promise of anonymity and should not be relied on as a permanent account recovery method unless the service explicitly supports that use.

SMS messages, verification codes, reports and eSIM activation details can be sensitive. Do not send unrelated passwords, government identity documents or full card details to support unless a verified and necessary process specifically requires them. We do not need your Google password for Google sign-in.

6. Browser storage and cookies

The frontend uses local storage for your sign-in token, stored profile and light/dark preference. It uses session storage for a pending payment reference and reconciliation state. Clearing storage can sign you out or remove those preferences; it does not delete your account or server-side order records.

Hosting, security, Google sign-in and hosted payment services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own notices. There is currently no optional advertising or analytics tracker configured in the application frontend. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any consent controls will be updated as required.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes, and access to personal order data requires authentication. Sensitive delivery values are encrypted in relevant server records. We use access controls and verified payment processing to reduce unauthorized access and incorrect wallet credits.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and account secure, sign out on shared devices and report suspicious activity promptly. Refund decisions and wallet credits are not made solely from browser-displayed balances.

8. How long information is kept

We retain information for the time needed to run your account, fulfill orders, handle support, reconcile payments, investigate disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention needs differ between account records, financial records, communications and technical logs.

An expired login token or quote does not mean the underlying order or message has been deleted. We do not promise automatic deletion of delivery records after a fixed number of days. On a valid deletion request, information no longer needed should be removed or anonymized; records that must be retained may remain restricted. Ask support for the retention information relevant to your account.

9. International processing

Our infrastructure and fulfillment providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements must be met. The service you choose can also involve a network or supplier in the destination country. Contact support with questions about the providers involved in your order.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing or an objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for uses that rely on it; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

You can edit your name in My profile. For other requests, email [email protected] from your account email with a clear description of what you need. We may verify your identity without asking for your password. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits, with an explanation where information must be retained.

You may seek human review of a disputed account restriction or refund decision. You may also complain to the relevant data protection regulator. Where Nigerian law applies, this includes the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Purchasing and account registration are intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided information through an account, contact support so we can assess the account and take appropriate action.
