LogAcctBoost

1. Our approach

This policy explains refund handling for LogAcctBoost digital services and wallet funding. We assess what was ordered, what was delivered, the provider’s verified status and any rights you have under applicable law. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

A displayed error does not always mean an order failed. Check Orders, your activation history and your wallet before placing another purchase.

2. Where a refund goes

Refunds for eligible wallet-funded service orders normally return to the same LogAcctBoost wallet that paid for the order. A credit is complete when it appears in your wallet transaction history; an order error by itself is not a recorded refund.

We prevent duplicate credits for the same refunded amount. A repeated refresh or support request does not create an additional refund. Refunds to an original external payment method, where applicable, require separate review and processing; provider or banking timelines may differ.

3. Failed and unconfirmed orders

Confirmed provider rejection or confirmed non-delivery can qualify for a full refund of the affected service charge. Where the system can safely establish that failure, it may record the wallet credit automatically. Other cases require support review.

Orders with a timeout, delayed response or uncertain provider result may remain processing until fulfillment can be verified. We do not treat every network error as a reason to refund immediately, because the provider may still have delivered the service. Contact support before paying again if an order remains unresolved.

4. OTP activations

An eligible activation that expires or is cancelled without receiving any SMS can receive a wallet credit after its status is verified. A received SMS normally means the activation has been used and is not eligible for an automatic no-SMS refund.

A destination platform rejecting a delivered code, or a number being used for a service it was not sold for, does not automatically qualify for a refund. If the delivery differs from the service ordered, report it for review; your applicable consumer rights remain available.

5. Virtual numbers

If the provider cannot allocate a purchased number and the order is confirmed failed, the affected charge can be refunded. Number availability can change between search and purchase.

Once a number is successfully allocated, a change of mind or rejection by an unrelated website does not ordinarily qualify for a discretionary refund. Review country, capabilities, any address requirements and the monthly billing period before purchase. Misdescribed or defective delivery can still be reported and is assessed under applicable rights.

6. Travel eSIMs

If an eSIM cannot be issued and the order is confirmed unsuccessful, the charge can be refunded. An issued, installed or used eSIM may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund because it is a digital activation product.

Check device compatibility, carrier unlock status, destination coverage, data allowance and validity before paying. Provider-confirmed defects, non-delivery or a material mismatch with the purchased plan can be reviewed. Do not delete an installed eSIM while an issue is being investigated unless support or the provider instructs you to do so.

7. Logs and social growth

Confirmed non-delivery of a purchased report, export or growth service can qualify for a refund. Delivered digital content is not ordinarily refundable solely because you changed your mind, but materially incorrect or defective delivery can be reviewed.

For a growth order marked partially delivered, any refund is based on the verified undelivered quantity and the order amount. Provider reporting must be sufficient to establish the remaining quantity; otherwise support review is needed. Package and per-unit purchases are assessed using their actual billing unit.

Estimated start times and listed delivery rates do not guarantee results by a particular hour. Drops after delivery, changed profile links, private accounts, unrelated platform enforcement or a refill request do not automatically establish non-delivery. Any stated refill coverage and mandatory consumer rights still apply.

8. Wallet deposits and payment errors

Successful deposits fund your wallet for purchases. The platform currently has no self-service cash withdrawal feature. Requests involving unused deposits, duplicate payments, an incorrect payment amount or an unauthorized payment are reviewed individually.

A payment that has not been verified may still be pending with the payment processor. Provide the payment reference so it can be reconciled before making a second payment. Support may need the processor’s confirmation to determine whether funds were received. Nothing in this policy removes a mandatory right to a payment refund or dispute.

9. How to request a review

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Tell us what happened and provide enough information to find the affected transaction.

  • The order ID or payment reference, service name and date.
  • The amount and currency, and whether the wallet was debited or credited.
  • A description of the missing or incorrect delivery and relevant screenshots with sensitive details hidden.
  • Any provider status shown in your order or activation history.

10. Review and resolution

Report issues promptly, especially while the activation or plan is still valid and relevant delivery information is available. If an item has a specific supplier claim window, review that information before purchase. This does not shorten any mandatory legal rights.

Verification may require a provider response or payment reconciliation. There is no universal promise that every request will be resolved or credited within a fixed number of hours. We will communicate the outcome and any further information needed. Contact support if a recorded refund has not appeared in the relevant wallet.

You may use lawful complaint or payment dispute channels. We may investigate disputed or unauthorized payments and restrict affected activity where reasonably necessary, without treating the dispute itself as a waiver of your rights.

11. Policy updates and contact

The version and update date are shown above. Updates apply prospectively, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Questions and refund reviews can be sent to [email protected]. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card details with a refund request.
